SHG Intelligent Fully Automatic Greenhouse Roof Wash Machine is an integrated dual-function cleaning and shading coating equipment that we independently develop exclusively for Venlo glass greenhouses. The whole set contains two core modules: the main cleaning unit and a supporting mobile working platform. For long-term anti-corrosion service, we build the whole frame with full aluminum alloy and heavy-duty hot-dip galvanized steel.
Furthermore, we equip the machine with a hydraulic four-wheel drive traveling system, multiple groups of adjustable anti-UV rotary scrub brushes, and a high-pressure circulating spraying system. With this complete configuration, it can run fully unmanned to finish three core tasks: full roof cleaning, internal gutter flushing, and shading agent coating spraying.
In addition, it supports multiple intelligent control methods: long-distance wireless remote control, mobile APP and PC-side IoT real-time monitoring. We also embed standard safety protection modules, including skylight anti-collision sensors and front-rear travel limit stop devices. Its maximum cleaning efficiency hits 2000㎡ per hour. It can thoroughly clear accumulated dust, moss algae and stubborn bird droppings on glass panels, which effectively lifts overall light transmittance inside greenhouses and boosts crop output.

This automatic roof cleaning machine works with a matched wall-mounted track system. It integrates five complete independent functional systems: high-pressure water spraying system, hydraulic driving system, power transmission system, intelligent PLC control system and multi-brush scrubbing system.
Moreover, all built-in cables and water hoses adopt wear-resistant anti-aging raw materials, and we equip quick aviation plug connectors for fast disassembly and maintenance.
